Will we see a port to these platforms?

I'm standing in front of the 'Not Polybius' thing and press up in both analog sticks (using an XBox controller), the DPad and the cursor key. Nothing works. I would really appreciate if somebody could point out what I'm doing wrong.

there seems to be a problem sometimes with purchasing upgrades, the first health max increase I purchased didn't increase my health cap but took my point/money, the second time I tried it worked, and the third time it didn't increase it any further. I'm not sure if 4 health slots is the max, and if so then the store continues to sell the item, and if not then it won't giving me any of the health upgrades I purchase after the first slot upgrade. Thanks, and there is a soft lock in Brazil in one of the sect...
